Troubleshooting

Vision Premium

Projector

The projector is on but seems not to be working.

  • Make sure that the lamp is correctly mounted.
  • Turn off the projector, wait until it cools down, and then turn it on again.

The projector is on but there is no image displayed on the screen.

  • Turn off the VISION PREMIUM program.
  • Make sure the projector is on.
  • Start VISION PREMIUM program again.

Swing Motion Camera

When a swing video is replayed, the image is not clear.

  • Contact us for technical support.

Swing videos are not fully replayed.

  • The camera timing is not set correctly. Contact us for technical support.

When the swing motion is replayed, the viewing angle slightly deviates from the normal direction. Use these steps in the middle of a game or practice:

  • Put a ball on the mat.
  • Press the V key on the keyboard, or click [MENU] > [Change view].
  • Adjust the viewing angle of the camera using the arrow buttons in the dialog box that appears.

T1 Sensor

The sensor light stays off.

  • Turn off the T1 Console and then turn it on again.

A flying ball moves too slow.

  • Turn off the T1 Console and then turn it on again.

Vision Standard

Projector

The projector is on but seems not to be working.

  • Make sure that the lamp is correctly mounted.
  • Turn off the projector, wait until it cools down, and then turn it on again.

The projector is on but there is no image displayed on the screen.

  • Turn off the VISION STANDARD program.
  • Make sure the projector is on.
  • Start VISION STANDARD program again.

Swing Motion Camera

  • Contact us for technical support.

Swing videos are not fully replayed.

  • Turn off the T2 Kiosk and then turn it on again.

  • Turn off the T2 Kiosk and then turn it on again.

GDR Standard

Touch screen

A particular colour is too much on the touch screen.

  • Restart the T2 Kiosk.

Touches on the screen are registered but misplaced.

  • Calibrate the touch accuracy using the control buttons on the right below the display.

There are dead pixels on the touch screen.

  • The touch screen may be defective. Contact us for technical support.

Projector

The touch screen displays normally but nothing is displayed on the projector screen.

  • This problem may be caused by the resolution difference between the touch screen and the projector. Make sure that the [Multiple displays] option is set to [Duplicate these displays] in the Windows display settings.
  • Make sure that the projector is on.
  • Restart the GDR program.

The projector is on but seems not working.

  • Make sure that the lamp is correctly mounted.
  • Turn off the projector, wait until it cools down, and then turn it on again.

T2 Sensor

The sensor light stays off.

  • Turn off the T2 Kiosk and then turn it on again.

The sensor light is on but the ball is not recognized.

  • Put the ball between you and the tee-based line within the T2 Fairway Mat.
  • Wait a few more seconds.
  • Disconnect the power cable from the T2 Sensor, and reconnect them in 3 minutes.

T2 Kiosk

The keypad seems not to work.

  • Some of the keypad buttons are unavailable depending on the practice mode. Pressing an unavailable button produces a warning sound. If any button does not produce a warning sound, contact us for technical support.

The keypad is partly or wholly detached from the kiosk.

  • The keypad is designed to be removable. Hit the detached area until it locks into place.

Swing Motion Camera

Swing videos are rather dark.

  • The camera automatically adjusts the brightness according to ambient light. Remove too bright light sources.

No swing video is recorded.

  • Contact us for technical support.
